Indispensable for anyone wishing to understand and initiate a Lean approach in an IT context

I bought this book not to discover the benefits of Lean in a computer context (CIOs, IT) but its content to compete with my knowledge and the way in which I deploy the approach of projects, services, and CIOs centers .

This book presents very well Lean spirit and its implementation in IT, I enjoyed comparative between industrial and computer examples, the extension of large Lean principles and case studies based on real and current issues. .. and I meet every day. From my perspective it lacks a more thorough presentation of problem-solving tools (5 Why, A3 Thinking) and concrete examples of Visual Management supports to provide a concrete vision for beginners.

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to understand how to deploy and with what state of mind on a Lean projects, support services, and CIOs.
