I was looking for two identical radio alarm clocks, one for ladies and one for me.
For +:
- Nice enough design (at least more original than all others) with its "glass" surface and its ovoid shape.
- Setting simple and intuitive hour
- 2 brightness levels
- 2 alarms
- Good build quality
- Reasonable price
For the -:
- "Battery backup" properly? home, 2 do not take more than 1 second ... beyond is reset general! Why have removed the battery ??? it's stupid!
- The tuner
We are in 2014 ????????
How is it that hardly any radio alarm, and Philips is no exception to the rule, does not have a digital tuner ???
To find and stalling France Info, it took no less than 10 minutes and I finally gave up and left another station.
Basically, good old dial is simply inréglable and when you have your station, it sizzles ... you will eventually blow over the wheel to try to find the 1 / 100,000th of a millimeter missing for good reception.
My wife was charged the next day to find and block the radio ... VICTORY!
- Buttons ...
The device must weigh in 300g is that it is very light.
Why put control knobs where you have a 2kg force to move?
And as this is not enough, for that matter Philips has seen fit to put in the "flat" impossible to find in the dark and impossible to handle with one hand!
I do not understand!
They tried waking in lying position in bed, in black or white room with 6000W lighting and sitting on a chair?
To conclude ... GAG !!!
Friday night, I wanted to stop the alarm from 6:00 of the week ... BAD IDEA!
So I grabbed my alarm clock with 2 hands to slide my fingernail into the slit the flat button and ... I disordered my station with the palm of my hand ...
BOUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHH ............................. .................... ......
