Inferior quality & Poor Service

Ordered battery cover on Amazon a few weeks ago this Donzo. Unfortunately, I realized,
these are to be found several cracks on the battery cover, (only few times used) indicates a poor quality.
Had thereupon contacted the seller and complained about and asked to exchange ..
The seller's answer was "is this is not a warranty case"

Because of this experience I can not recommend Donzo article and this seller!
Will continue to order any products Donzo more! So I've a Errfahrung
had none of the Amazon merchants.
