The connection to the Sony Xperia Z Ultra works perfectly over NFC or Bluetooth. I also have a Samsung Galaxy Note via BT connected.
The supplied headphones are comfortable and can be adjusted on 3 different attachments to the ear. The sound is quite good.
As external box for music playback, it sounds a bit better than the speakers from the Z Ultra.
The battery lasts quite long and can be charged via any USB port Micro. There was also a short cable included USB to Micro USB.
The radio works only when the headphones are connected, which is indeed common.
The Smart Connect app is easy to understand without guidance and the additional Apps for calendar, mail and call list function reliably with the Sony SBH 52nd
I had previously used the SBH 50, but since me the opportunity has been wanting to use the BT HS as an external handset. You always had to have connected the headphones. Now I have the cell phone anywhere in your pocket or backpack while I am 52 shirt or lapel of the jacket have clipped the SBH. This is the best solution for me. So I can always answer a call without the 6.44-inch phablet to have led to his ear. People think that the SBH 52 a tiny for today's mobile phone. Perfect understatement !!
I forgive 5 star, although I would still like better a large color OLED display. In addition, you could install an LED that informs a missed messages, calendar entries or calls. But there until now, is no similar product on the market to my knowledge, is the bleating at a high level.
The current price on Amazon is a little high with about 130 - I got mine for almost 80.
