Falco 3 (Audio CD)

Customer Review

With "Falco 3" Falco sat new standards: the first single "Rock me Amadeus" managed in Germany, England and even in the US No. 1 on the charts. The second single, "Vienna Calling" managed to place 4 the Top 5, and "Jeanny", perhaps the most brilliant song about the rape of a girl early 80s, once again reached number 1. This was perhaps the biggest scandal of the German pop history! They threw Falco cover-up of child abuse and "playing down a crime" before and thought the song on the index set to, from today's perspective a joke. Not least because of this song, the album is worth buying! Other highlights include the brilliant, personal "America", "Tango the Night, a cool tango number," Men of the West "and" Macho Macho ", a bombastic drying song that is reminiscent of David Bowie, Falco's great idol. Even the cover of Bob Dylan's classic "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue" is very well done. A Jazzy, peaceful completion of Aufgrenden journey through brilliant soundscapes of single Austrian world stars, he with the Bolland brothers that including Status Quo hit "In The Army Now" produced, reacted in 10 fantastic songs. From pop to rock, jazz and ballad is all there. The style of the hawks was that he did not. And that makes the album so great! Perhaps his commercial art . longplayer, but certainly one of his best My tip: Buy You will not regret it.
Who wants more of Falco, the CD "The Final Curtain" should order a Best of compilation of his greatest hits.
