Slightly longer version:
An LCD viewfinder is in my opinion less suitable because the already have a viewfinder, but rather for videographers for photographers. On the one hand protects the LCD viewfinder before to brighter solar radiation which restricts the visibility of your screen, on the other hand, there is thus an additional point of contact with the body, which reduces wobbles.
This special version fits perfectly to my Canon 550D, even despite my glued protective glass for the LCD. It sticks a small magnetic ring üm the screen to the viewfinder then "dock", and holds great. Not so hard that it could raise the camera of course, but not one wants, but tight enough that when using nothing moves or equivalent, perfectly in my opinion.
Now there are also LCD Viewfinder for several hundred euros. What do better? No idea. This one enlarges the image exactly as it appears sensible, all sections of the display are visible, I can see no spherical aberrations.
Summary: I would not know what could be improved, the part is perfect and massively helpful. Quite clear buy recommendation!
