This happened several times until I had found out that it was partly due to the standard hook the box "ADC" in the settings of the software and the other to the setting of my monitor / Windows. Namely, if the Windows screen calibration is enabled, then it is not working. (But since I did not know that in advance, it came to system crashes already mentioned.)
Once these problems were solved, but it really was very easy, and after about six minutes it was done.
The difference from before is now not overwhelming, but it can indeed be that the monitor was well calibrated.
If you are constantly dealing with such things as calibration, then might not occur the described problems from me, because you knew it all beforehand. As an absolute novice in this field initially I was a little puzzled, but there has to be a matter still folded and then also quickly.
I can therefore recommend the ColorMunki as a possibility for monitor calibration.
