Initially problems, but good

When I gave these cartridges for the first time in my printer, they were not recognized.
Luckily I had since the originals from Brother.
I wrote the company and told them my problem, they wrote back immediately, I should
turn the printer off and then reinsetzen the compatible, start device and see if they are detected.
It worked, they were recognized.
If it had not been the case, the company would have the cartridges taken back without hesitation.
Fortunately they were recognized and I can save.
Thanks to the company.
The quality of print objects is just as good as the original ink.
