The first two times where I took the iron in operation, it has just dropped and indeed in every possible heat and steam setting. Then I contacted customer service and there one could not explain the error, so they offered me to exchange the iron. I had everything ready and then I somehow thought oh try it again and see there: Since the iron is working properly, it does not drip, it heated properly, the steam output is excellent and it is not as heavy as on some described. Generally I find a heavy iron not so bad because I thus imagining the wrinkles ironed out would quickly :) Anyway, you can complain for this price in no case.
