After some had suggested in our gym the Black Roll, I had to try this at least. I was warned that the first few times should be painful. It really felt like rolling on concrete, but was much better after the 4th or 5th time. Above all, I feel now that really triggers something in the back. My tensions are much better and I use the role now only 1-3 times a week, 10 times up and down the back, then is good again. The role was indeed at first glance a bit pricey, but keep hopefully long and then puts the price.
