Innovative and for motorcyclists made - Dream on - update could not be loaded !!!!

The display (numbers) on the screen are a joke, just as readable and sometimes valued more than read. The speed camera function goes with me always only 2 minutes, the operation with gloves really only basic functions but never the bar on the right side. The only without gloves and then to use only the best of luck - useless bullshit and for motorcyclists.
Elevation data, POI, etc. are not even on offer. In advertising everything reads super but more than the basic functions and even the winding roads with variations there's not. It's definitely not a particularly well-equipped Navi plus a bit cumbersome to use. Another impudence is the manual, there is not even any and sometime it supposed to be available via download. Who perfect English, the experiences already what he has bought and how it is operated.
I've owned several TomTom Rider and Garmin Zumo 660. last the shame that I have the Garmin sold along with the motorcycle. This certainly works almost perfectly. The only drawback, the software always leads through the towns and winding roads are also not possible.
Well, I'll probably return the TomTom and I bought it for a good reason at Amazon.
If TomTom ungehend not significantly rework the software, you can acquire the device at Amazon needed cheap and I'll just again bring a Garmin. At least, I feel it is a real let down what TomTom offers the Rider 400.

Addendum: Oops, TomTom has written to me and I also have a link ([...]) for a German manual. Now I will first of all study the manual and a software update has been promised. So, maybe there is something else indeed with the Rider 400. Anyway, I increase ever on 3 stars because the customer apparently still what counts.

Nachtrag2: In the meantime, the German manual is quite normal for download. The manual worker understands this Navi much better. At least I now understood how I look POI and what options I have with it. The speed cameras now work permanently. After mounting another mount on the handlebars, I unfortunately had to find that the holder by the possibility of turning 90 degrees still remains unstable. On good surface it is ok but even the smallest irregularities lead to tremors and shaking the display is barely legible. This should / must be reworked because otherwise only a matter of time until this breaks sometime necessarily. The weak point is the rotating ring because this has some play. Maybe a damping could provide with a rubber ring for Remedy and the riders will still rotate. A fraction of the support I had in the old holders already and thanks to the assistance of a workshop in Sicily I could ever go on with Navi. By altering the mounting, 1 inch ball directly on the handlebar, I could now mount the Navi closer to the eye. Now the display indicate desirable nevertheless the numbers and keys would be set to make a little larger so that they are easy to read and keep your eyes on the road. Total remains as a conclusion: I'll keep it and hope for a vernüftiges update. Since I bought at Amazon, I'm in good hands with a possible fracture of the holder and take the risk. At the moment I would go to 4 points if the changes are actually implemented.

Holiday weekend Luxembourg was announced. Unfortunately, the return time 2 days is over or I would give it back immediately. The reason is due to the lack of routing the read us go once just 100 Km although the route was previously stored on SD card. Hello what a ..... I write here but not the laughter of the other 4 people sat. Perhaps the current route must first be deleted ??? but what's the point, I am the customer test ???
