The size of the book can be scary, but do not be fooled, it is very easy to read Anna Karenina. J however have doubts as to the quality of the French translation but despite this, enter this novel of manners is highly enjoyable. Of course, we like Anna very quickly, but the other characters are just as engaging and funny. For me, it's Levine gave me the urge to turn pages, Levine, the primitive, the sensible, the true man, the poet, the romantic, the strong, the weak, the disappointed, all that 'there are more beautiful and more tragic in man.
