Installation unnecessarily cumbersome, rinsing and drying results flawed.

Enticed by the good reviews I bought these dishwasher and now also a few months in operation. This is my third dishwashers from Siemens and Bosch. So far, I have always been satisfied with my previous devices, but this product is however in my eyes in the "standard fields" which must afford a dishwasher, just miserable.

Starting with the installation: I have a new IKEA kitchen with standard base height (approx 8cm). However, the dishwasher can not be easily integrated, because the selectable furniture front must be tailored to an unusually short measure. Ie as a consequence: either it is accepted that the dishwasher destroyed the whole kitchen look, because it is the only device has far too short a furniture front, or tinkering to cumbersome a second aperture that can then - also disturbing in appearance - under the furniture front mounts as rigid solution. For me absolutely incomprehensible why this circumstance must be. On the product side of Siemens directly find a purpose imaginary accessories, which is only called "hinge", that is not immediately recognizable as a solution to the problem. Said hinge is also only an overpriced metal mounting for a further diaphragm, which is itself - must be cut by a carpenter expensive - so the skills / tools are not available. Something I did not know when my predecessor devices previously.

For cleaning power: Unfortunately, I have here a few weeks operation and deductions in the rating do. Plates and cutlery are cleaned well, no question. I usually use the automatic program. Inexplicably remain on plastic parts back indefinable coverings. No lime or the like, but anything "greasy". Various plastic bowls (for storage) I have to rinse by hand, or am gone over to them right at Hand wash.
In my Teflon coated pans also remain white coverings. Also no lime (see photo). The manual white deposits are referred to as residues from the cleaner. Is proposed as a remedy to replace these. Was repeatedly carried out by me, at home I have a whole warehouse to different cleaners. Problem persists. Salt is filled course, just rinse aid. Again, I have been playing around in the settings - no effect. Teflon coated parts I continue this dope and I can not explain where they come from the best intentions.

Trockungsleistung: Nowadays everything has to be energy-efficient, so the programs run partly twice as long as with previous devices. The same during drying. The special technology not only promises frugality, but also good Trockungswirkung. This offers also. Only when plastic parts, but that should be before buying (see the relevant reviews) known. What was really solved absolutely annoying and inconvenient, is the structure of the various drawers. There, namely, the water collects (especially in the cutlery drawer), so that when pulling out the collected water is dripping through the already dry dishes / flows. It does not matter which one drawer opens first (as a remedy is given, the drawers pull out in a certain order).

Conclusion - compared to previous devices (including direct predecessors to this model): I'm saving a) neither time nor energy and b) have poorer Reinigungswirkungim compared to older devices. I would definitely buy the device ever again.
