Installed in minutes. First, connect the camera to the box with the network cable and then install the program on the PC from the supplied CD. Install the plugin restart the program. Android smartphone also connected without problems in moments. Good image.
But I've bought a 2nd one month later and there, not at all the same image quality. I sent it back. Refunded immediately by Amazon.
