Attracted by Title I expected to find the sensitive point of view of a child on the divorce of his parents but that book fell from my hands badly written, flat, one circles around the narrator's relationship with his alcoholic father who flees after a new life with his "mistress" well stereotyped. Too self-centered. If he had to choose a few pages, however: p 134-148, here we touch something interesting to Olivier Adam. One can also read literary quotations highlight of each chapter (making it even more painful banality of this author style).
