Interested, but robust Brotbackautomat

Perhaps the most useful little helpers in my collection of electrical kitchen servants. Is practical in daily use and does exactly what it should. Teige knead and bake bread :-). Daily fresh bread, almost priceless. The biggest selling point is clearly choose the simple application, batter mix pure program, 3h later take ~ the finished bread. The finished mixtures are qualitatively quite normal to bakeries, and the 0815-supermarket offer zoom, but win clearly by its freshness and the individual possibilities. Bread from a "real" baker, such as the Hofpfisterei is now again a different quality level, but it would be a joke if you could beat something with a 50 machines and a finished mixture.

A contrast to the normal oven is the moisture, be due to the larger baking space in the oven dry baked breads and a really good crust, the machine falls also rather difficult, though I find both perfectly acceptable. Here, you could probably between by spraying water on it, but the nice thing about BBA is precisely the "Fire & Forget". The bread quality can be naturally increase at will by using their own recipes, the imagination no limits are indeed set. Also, of course, be noted that the bread form is always the same. For everyday shooting, but if I want to bake really good bread, I use the BBA only as kneading and rising of the dough, then bake the bread but from the oven. For pizza dough, of course same.

To come back to times of the drawbacks:
- The dough hook, logically. Although one can theoretically remove it after kneading to a hole to avoid, but of course at the expense of convenience.
- The volume, which is more than 500g flour I would the little ones (or the dough hook) not expect. For a 4-person household, he would imho too small.
- An off switch would have cost only a few cents. Sure you can hang it on a junction box with switches, but such trifles do not have to be yes.
- The optics. So it's not just a beauty, though solid processed, but nothing for a designer kitchen.
- No timers. So it does not start scheduled to wake up with warm bread. Is it possible, however, compensated by a bake-on program.
- Same old bread form - is of course due to design. Bread slicer advised.

Among the advantages:
- A dozen variable programs
- Can also be "only" use for kneading and rising, or for example to a secondary baking
- State always begutachtbar through open door
- Easy operation
- Very low initial and loose 100% savings over 0815 supermarket bread.
- Volume is ok. Compact.

So as a conclusion, for a 1-2 person household who likes eating bread, almost indispensable. For breads> 750g I would take a larger model. For higher quality bread you can not get even around your own recipes or baking in the oven. Processing solid, value clearly 5 * from me an asterisk deduction, because the device will not be "state of the art" is and still leaves plenty of room for improvement left. Nevertheless, strong buy recommendation.
