Installation without problems by inserting the receiver into the USB slot - works after a few moments. Laser Pointer acuh without complaint. Shelf life: still have the supplied batteries in it and so far about 15 applications (each 20-60 minutes) - hint: apparently the Presenter discharges or outside the establishment, if the batteries are in there - so I'll get the batteries after each use out and can therefore still be using the batteries.
Shortcoming: the cover flap for the battery is not exactly made probably - the flap sits some very loose and fall from time to time from. One should then a little more leisurely touch at the bottom, fixed with adhesive tape, or drain the flap. Me personally disturbs the function for very little, because the door does not always fall, but just already tends.
All in all for the price definitely a buy recommendation.
