In other reviews we read in part that the machine is not well made or individual parts have to be bent into shape. That was not the case in our sample. The structure was relatively simple. The first time the handle on the cover must be screwed otherwise only the board inside has to be used and the hood are placed on the apparatus. After a few minutes Preheat the oven is then also hot enough to create pizza (which you will never need to wait ...).
First Minus: Unfortunately, at this pizza oven no power switch. The oven is turned on when you plug it and it goes out when you pull the plug. That's not such a huge problem, perhaps it should simply avoid also that you understood when you turn off to a hot spot. Unusually, it is anyway.
The quality of the pizza was always very good, at least compared to the normal oven in the kitchen. In particular, it is easier to get the dough on the bottom neat crispy without the lining burns. It is easier to get a calzone evenly on both sides crispy. Tell a proper stone oven, the device comes naturally not quite ran, but subjectively it's a step up from the sheet pizza from the convection oven.
What I personally find beautiful is that one is not limited in this way to "normal" pizza. One example could be next to the pizza dough still offer a Flammkuchenteig, or other sauces as tomato, without having to know in advance so exactly who much of what needs.
Since the slides are flat and have holes and no pans etc. accompanied, however, does not make the stove easy to use as a substitute for Raclette and processing übrigem lining without dough is not so easily possible. With raclette you can always pretend the remains easy even in a pan, in this furnace that does not work, of course. (In any case, if you do not happen to somewhere a suitable pan gets here ...)
The baking time is bearable, I have not measured but felt it is also no longer than raclette or barbecuing. Who wants quickly what to eat dinner, likely with a slider per person but its slightly unhappy. At second, it is not a problem, however.
In other reviews I've read some of that heat in the device is unevenly distributed. This experience, I can not confirm that. We had no black spots still places that were not quite through. I could imagine that there is in wind (eg on the balcony) have been more problems. This experience we have certainly done in the past with griddle or raclette. This pizza oven also is not really closed, and when the hot air is withdrawn too quickly, then it will probably be already close to the heating loops significantly warmer than elsewhere.
The pizza is relatively easy on the sliders. Who is too greedy and the pizza makes too large may need to pluck something because the dough happy times placed around the edge. Likewise, care should be taken when programming, the whole thing would not have to press on the pusher, since the dough otherwise festbäckt at the holes. Since I am both greedy and careless, I can announce here but that even these cases do not make huge problems.
The beiligende cutter way, is not so insanely useful. When preparing the dough and several Round dough pieces trumps, then go to this for use on still and are then too large for the slide. Better it works, either simply to put a chunk of dough out and then everyone takes always a piece, or form small balls that are then drawn.
It is also noted that the openings in the hood are relatively small and should einrechnen when programming the pizza, the dough in the oven still rises. We have not managed to bake pizza on the upper heating coil, but had quite a few times to lift the lid to a large pizza with pineapple pieces similar to to free.
Cleaning is relatively easy. If you're paying attention, you have to clean only the slider and the disk. As the parts are not coated, it just so happens, however, relatively (mainly in the plate) that grease caking or at least leaves unsightly marks. Who something rumwutzt more, also comes to the other places off relatively well. Significantly simpler or similar, as a grill brush.
Overall I would recommend this oven. Those looking for an alternative to Raclette, or maybe just want to make the catering at a party a bit more interesting, should look at this furnace at least.
