The book I like very much. The recipes are easy for me to imitate (can reasonably bake). Have nothing but positive feedback received from the people whom I have set before the desserts. The first part of the book with the basics in my opinion is largely unnecessary as it is shown how to cored an apple or cut a pineapple into pieces. It's a Master Book and none for beginners.
