Violent, rude, vulgar? Through the "Eleven thousand yards," Guillaume Apollinaire explores the world highly diversified sex with a rarely achieved since inventiveness. He also managed the feat of adding humor about it, without losing its about the character tasty, crispy, nor its tragic side because we die a lot in this short book. So many reasons that I highly recommend "The Eleven thousand yards" at any informed public, curious and insensitive.
