Only the external power transformer is the whole adversely against (but since this hard drive is no exception).
If the power adapter + power cord would still have been in white, it would be even better to look at.
(The Firewire cable is white.)

The Firewire cable is about 90 cm long.
For 10 GB data transfer, the Iomega MiniMax-needed to "my system": 3 min, 15 sec.
Whether from the computer to the Iomega MiniMax or vice versa.
