I have for some time had problems with my stomach, so I'm sensitive to iron tablets. Before taxofit I had tried other iron tablets with 100mg iron, of these, unfortunately, I got severe stomach pain. That's why I was looking for a low-dose preparation and came across taxofit. This cost mainly only about 1/4 of what I had paid for the other medication. At first I had come with taxofit occasionally (bearable) pain, am now but after a few days on the perfect way to take iron tablets:
1 tablet, about 30 minutes after a meal. Then best 1-2 hours to eat anything, and especially not chocolate. I noticed on two different evenings that I get pain of iron plus chocolate. Since then, I leave the chocolate, all is well.
Perhaps one or the other benefits this information :)
