This does not mean that the scale measures wrong. The measurement result is likely to be affected but, in my view, for example, from the salt intake of the last meal, the fluid intake, the glycogen content of the muscles. Thus, the weight may stay the same, when I have more carbohydrates (glycogen) stored in my muscles than before, but have less water in the gastrointestinal tract. On body fat has then absolutely nothing changed, it is only temporary storage in the body just filled just less or more. The balance is thus particularly suitable for persons who are aware of such relationships or to read up on the subject slightly.
