The product is advertised with a light output corresponding to a 50 W incandescent lamp. I purchased a copy and found out that the light yield subjectively about 30-35 W corresponds to a standard bulb. For the price this is certainly in order - you should not expect too much only on the brightness. I have now screwed instead of the planned outdoor lighting where one makes do with lower brightness.
