The Splatter from Küchenprofi is slightly heavier than my previous screens. The wide outer edge has a notch on the underside of which is to ensure a better fit. However, none of my pans sitting on flat, there remains a great distance about 0.5 mm at the two opposing sides. Here the fat injected nice perk from the pan on my clean tiles.

Thanks to the fine sieve holes quite a lot of fat splashes are total but intercepted, so it is relativized in the result. The view of the fried food is given despite the fine mesh screen. The handle does not get hot and can be touched with bare hands.

The Splatter is dishwasher safe and survived every cleaning in the previous four-month use with flying colors.
