Hello There, this is the second Pfann I of Jamie Oliver have (whatever has the pan to do with it). In any case, I think that he would never cook with these pans. Maybe it's better with induction, but the ceramic hob is the pan on not flat and thus has a very poor thermal connection. I'm not a professional chef, but I have had better for the money pans at home. Otherwise, Pans act but well built, stable and high quality, so you get at least two stars. But for me it is clear: Once again, I do not try it with a Jamie Oliver pan. He should keep themselves nice :-)
