Fitzek is a tightrope walker. His art is dangerous because writing a psychological thriller with the aim of shaking the player in all directions and suggest a rebound at each end of the (short) chapters mouth is sensitive. His first novel, "therapy" had me fooled, the second, "Do not think," was a diabolical efficiency. To my mind on that one, the tightrope walker fell from above and he tripped over the carpet by réceptionnant. I have not found anything credible in this well winded story I believe, from beginning to end. Far from his previous novels, many are pchitt twists, the characters are bland and even writing, usually so fluid, is slowing more often. I think Fitzek should be careful, the line between psychological thriller and romance station is tenuous. Big disappointment.
