I take it because I do not have the time to organize my daily balanced (on the weight training aligned) diet. by taking this product, I make sure that I take every day definitely enough essential amino acids to me. (Essential amino acids = amino acids which the body can not produce itself)
the following effects (compared to training without super amino) I could find:
O) regenaration after training goes faster
O) more energy and stamina during training
O) Power Gainer
whether and how far this product has affected my muscle growth, I do not judge. The fact is that if you train properly, the muscles grow nunmal. Taking supplements or food supplements which have a positive effect on the training, then they also have an indirect effect on muscle growth: increasing exercise intensity = more muscle growth.
in a scientific study with climbers could be demonstrated that the breakdown of muscle mass (for energy) could be significantly reduced at high altitudes by the ingestion of essential amino acids. therefore it would be obvious that amino acids also on building muscle mass can have a positive effect. an official confirmation of this assumption, however, I could not find anywhere.
I can recommend super amino acids (BCAA's general) anyway. Something is actually somewhat expensive and it is not also. with such a can to get out of a month. Apart from that you can take these tablets completely bedenklos. I stick to the recommended daily dose, and could find not a single adverse event until now.
