There are books that mark and that we do not forget. There are books that we keep close to you, not too far because when it will not and that it is opened again, it feels good. This book, written simply created in me a new trigger in the path of personal development that I pursue and brought me a lot of confidence. I read it very quickly and I come back occasionally to refocus. What actually power the present moment! What time we move to project ourselves into the future ..qui hypothetical problems do not exist or rehashing our stories, malheurs..qui no longer exist! I highly recommend this book to all readers in search of themselves, who want to escape the automation of their mind, their ego, for a more serene life. A must read !!
