I am disappointed with this product because it makes wrinkles in plastic pockets and loops the leaves inside the machine. I have now lost confidence in it. It's a shame! Maybe I was unlucky. I decided to return the machine and asked for a refund I received.
Deliver and packaging was excellent, typical Amazon. Congratulations.
