This little book is great !!! In addition I also bought "tips flat stomach lazy". It's been a month and a half that I practice the exercises every day and I eat balanced (thanks to advice given in the book) and I lost hip circumference 4cm and 6cm waist. Of course there must be regular and persevering but it's worth it !! Without a plan, I eat everything (even cakes) but I do not nibbling between meals. In short this book is a good coach (small funny sentences and effective motivations).
