and It Works! It's been a little over 3 weeks I am the program by making a minimum attention to my diet also, and I begin to see the effects!
However, two minor drawbacks: I think for some exercises, sometimes lack the information to do well (exactly how far back legs ???), and they are not all easy, there are I not arrive at all! (But I have a "basic" sports).
Fortunately, the program is varied enough to easily replace an exercise by another. And even though I already knew some excercises, I discovered new, variants.
Second downside: the book offers a program to follow six days out of 7 3 weeks ... must follow! It is for lazy anyway ;-)
Ok, 15/20 minutes a day, it can be done, it is a matter of priority and motivation (a little less time on the net or watching TV!) But personally it's still more to 3 4 times a week! I would have preferred a program can be a bit less intense in terms of frequency but longer, over several weeks. For when you miss a session, it can be de-motivating (weekly is well detailed: meeting on Monday, Tuesday ...)
Finally, I recommend this book, very good price / quality ratio!
