The fabric is very soft and pleasant. The arms have a very good length, but really nestle closely to the skin. I tried to put on a blouse under it and did not like it. The sleeves of the blouse was very easy to recognize under the sleeves - something that would bother me personally. But on a T-shirt can be the jacket very good wear.
