Here is my opinion:
Jackpot for this second volume: it is entirely up to what I expected, much better than Volume 1, that goes without saying.
We find our two endearing characters: Sandre and Josh. And it's always so many sparks between the two protagonists. Remember how concludes Volume 1: a big revelation, the stuff that falls on your head and you're wondering what happens to you. Well taken up Volume 2 at the same level.
Sandre It continues to follow with his well-tempered character, true to itself, which fears nothing ... almost. She has just discovered who his real father and struggles to really find his place in the family she describes as "perfect". Yet through the pages and events, it will itself start to change. Josh remains himself all along - well, I admit I wanted to shove a pair of slaps him awake, especially at first. He wants to break the shell of our Sandre and tries by all means to make him understand things.
Both give this impression to play "I love you, me neither!" or that of cat and mouse. Maybe we launch predictions, wondering who will crack first. I liked their style, their game. They turn around yet they hate for a good part of the book. Finally, especially her. She hates him because it shows what love is. She hates him because he dared to enter his heart.
The story unfolds with its share of complications and revelations, with its epic scenes too - among others that I would hold the shower in the boys locker room. Somehow, I expected a bit that it happens, I also sensed so I am delighted that scene.
In conclusion, I would say that this volume is well above the first game, both in its complexity in the development of tensions between the two characters. The pen of the author remains very compelling and very fluid, less "vulgar" but more specific to the strong character of the heroine. Finally, I come to this epilogue that will challenge everything. I therefore look forward to the suites of the adventures of the two protagonists.
Thank you to you, Jane for allowing me this proposed Volume 2 I literally devoured ...
