I'll try the whole to give as spoiler free as possible. My current season runs to about 8 hours.
The game starts off quite slow in the story and has a really long history before you can read the familiar logo with the game titles. Making the first steps in the new world is graphically very varied, as is the combat system which has been completely revamped. Who knows Batman Arkham City, will rub their fingers here. The first hour stretch but very slow in the length because the missions hold a few innovations of Europe. They are actually the old fare of all Revelations and Brotherhood. At a certain point the story suggests then but to and you have the first "Ohhhhh waaaaas!" Face it. (Small promise on my part, -P)
Then actually begins the main game and increases more and more into the conflict, both in the Revolution, as well as in the fight against Templar Assassin. The story is with increasing playing time also getting better, so you have to force genuine, sometimes to take a break.
The promised "big" innovations fall in my opinion of not so great. The combat system has been already addressed. It can be controlled by two buttons on the Prinziep. With square one goes in the melee and with triangular one picks up the bow, or gun. The usual counterattacks are now at the county.
A new travel system was introduced, which the progress throughout the world extremely easy. The people know the Skyrim or Oblivion, will find quickly master. A simple click on an icon and you will be dropped off at the map point. Annoying, however, the constant load times.
With regard to Part Desmond, I'm torn. On the one hand a yawn talks to real and secondly, it's just cool when you can race through New York or Brazil and may play an Assassin in our time. These missions are gone before you have realized that the need to have an end, and continues the actual story with Connor. Conclusion: You are awesome ;-)
What has produced the game tarnished powerful with me, had several bugs that have not been resolved despite Day1 patch. Stuttering in the game world, graphic Patzer in cutscenes and jammed animals are commonplace. There are certain types of trees, in my experience, firs, where the animals like to stay hanging.
But what has me almost infuriated, was that precisely this happened in a story mission. One has there perform certain actions of a horse and there is on the one position one of these treacherous, thrice cursed Tannen. So I look like a dork pinned with the Perdekopf in this pine and could not move me. Dismounting also does not go into this mission. Ultimately I had to then restart.
Total impression:
+ Garfisch Top!
+ New unused setting that has an enormous potential
+ Story from a certain point awesome
+ Weather system!
+ Great characters that fit perfectly to the story
- Story really lame before this point
- Gameplay by revising even easier than in its predecessors
- Bugdichte
+/- This firs !!!!!
Perhaps briefly to the content of the Join or Die Edition:
The book of George Washington's cool. It effectively replaces the well-known art book and gives a bit of the history of the American Revolution again. A nice AC3 bookmark is attending!
The coin is indeed nice to have, but which is really huge. She is now on the shelves at the AC books.
Why only four stars? The lack of variety of missions to its predecessors and the still quite large Bugdichte spoil the fun yet immensely. When you eliminate the bugs, I can get involved in five. All in all, a very good game and a prime candidate for Game of the Year 2012 Design.
