I had long searched for and read me some comments. I have in the delivery while a broken glass .... thought only crap! I then made contact with the seller and they then sent me immediately a new glass without that I had broken the ship. Accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I have the glasses often in use and put them in the dishwasher until now are all quite and still beautiful. Coffees are hot and none of my guests the finger ;-) burns As I said, who looks beautiful and practical glasses is right here :-))
