Yes What can I say about this product, I have very annoyed me and can be ordered any here know with this provider, to explain it briefly. Me and my friend have moved, we have a long long time neither Internet nor had telephone and I own no mobile phone. I've done it once with my mom on Pc to look after the mail and then when I inquired the third time offered where my order was, I was told that there had been problems with the delivery and that I should sometimes at the and and and and and and call the number. Where did I then thought to myself as a customer, wait a minute, it's not my job to take care of it arrives the order with me ?! Also, I had at the time just do not ever call the middle somewhere! I then emailed back and tried to explain my situation, I can not call and should drop them a note worrying about which the packet is sent to me. A few days later I received exactly the same mail again in response. I was to call since then would all the rules, so I wrote again: "I can not call" tried again to explain. Again, I got exactly the same response mail as at the beginning. Then it got me really too stupid. I wonder if customers are ever read mails from this supplier.
