We are really excited about our Skeppshult iron pan. For one serving fried potatoes she has just the right size, even a small-medium steak fits perfectly into it. However, for two people it is too small, but we bought the big brother with 26cm. However, if you really want to fry large meat Stücker, or two large steaks, should even buy one size larger. The only downside so far is in addition to the small size but it was well known to us that we really can fry just as it scrambled eggs. Either we lack even the right technology, but fried eggs baking always on so tightly that they get down only partially destroyed - even in gentle, slow cooking food with little heat, the protein will not reasonable. But we continue to practice diligently, and for all but fried (where stop then getting the slider Neck corner is ugly) is the pan flat top.
To clean: usually it is enough to scrape coarse residues with the scraper in the still warm frying pan and take off with a paper towel, we have the pan rarely under running water with a brush (without Spüli!) Need to clean. After drying, then but always fresh and very lightly oiled - so they long keeps us loyal!
