After buying my Opel Zafira I was appalled by the unzreichender Bämmung and wanted to sell him again already. Now that I have made my doors with ABX Alubutyl and this insulation mat quiet, I'm thrilled. the insulating mat is great, but only in conjunction with the ABX.
