KAVAJ Leather case well, but not without flaws

First I bought for my iPad3 because of the limited offers custom-fit "Smart Cover" in black leather from Apple. By this I am also, apart from the always exposed back, very satisfied.
Looking for an enclosing leather bag I found here to be judged "KAVAJ" very appealing from the promised quality.
The iPad fits in very well and safe, but the cut-outs for the camera, headphone jack and speaker terminals do not fit.
In addition, the top cover is cut too small, so I would rather speak of a second round of voting here.
The leather is very pleasant to the touch and has according to my understanding also no unpleasant odor.
Pity that so easily recognizable errors of an otherwise successful design must lead to a devaluation by one certainly held control.
Since I do not expect that I get by resending the goods better implementation of the manufacturer, I will keep the bag.
But five star I can not answer for it.

Addendum: Now there are five stars from me for quality and design, plus a sixth for an enjoyable Support.

The company has responded promptly to my KAVAJ assessment and offered me reimbursement of my expenses or repairs.
After a delay-free correspondence was me allowing my code to acquire a new, now also flawless Case for a penny.
A return of the disputed case was not desired.
This process is unprecedented, according to my previous experiences.
Many thanks to the creators of the company KAVAJ and every success for the future.
But with this business philosophy I have no doubts about a success.
