After we set out to drink again more kefir, we were not sure what kind we should purchase. Because of "early childhood" disorders Kefir tubers were actually no solution. So we came up with the starter cultures of kefir company. This was a very good decision. In addition to the usual fast shipping it works just great really. We got it with normal milk and already recognized with lactose-free milk and both times a really good result. It is very thick (almost like sour milk) but that does not detract from the taste.
