I was looking for a keyboard which is especially robust, durable and comfortable, this allows a quick letter, I also private tap a lot of careers. My usual "Beipacktastatur" was in this respect simply no longer adequate for my needs. Currently it but sometimes seems unfortunately at keyboards as if everything is not normal 0815 keyboard, aimed at gamers and multimedia enthusiasts. The "Marathon Office Tipper" appears to be no relevant audience.
I got about my claims to do to look for a mechanical keyboard. The difference to conventional today (Rubberdome-) keyboards is that each key has a single mechanical switch. Of these switches, there are different types, such as "buckling spring switches", as in the good old IBM Model M or the built-in keyboard of the reviewed "Cherry MX switches". The latter are available in different types: The most common are soft / Brown, Click / Blue and Linear / Black. Where the differences should be easy even with out recently are Googling, so I will confine myself to the relevant Click here switches.
At this point I would like to express my incomprehension about how to complain in a review regarding this keyboard on the background noise. These switches are to make these sounds and the user of this keyboard appreciate this as a rule. People who do not have, is simply not enough previously engaged in the product selection. Speak with some research you can know in advance that this variant of the keyboard is not the optimum, if you want a quiet keyboard.
Thus, the switches have a pressure point and click. As it sounds, you can by entering appropriate search terms to find out very well on YouTube. These characteristics of the switches are ideal for prolific writer, in my view, especially for people who dominate the 10-finger system very well. In this type of operation and the Geräuschpergel is very moderate, because the buttons are not, as with the "2-finger search system" bin be hammered it stops. Not least in my opinion, brings a speed advantage.
In general, the keyboard is quite well made. I have to complain about no real flaws. The keys sit tight and clean. The LED's are not too bright. The rubber feet prevent sliding around. The plastic casing is roughened by the robust variety and something. The cable is not too sensitive and long enough. The touch feeling of the keys is very good. No unnecessary multimedia buttons / switches / wheels / etc. available.
There are currently not many keyboards of this kind on the market. Especially if you are not willing to pay more than EUR 100, the cherry in this country is pretty alternative. So for people who type a lot (have to) and who are certain that they themselves and / or others do not interfere with the tip noise, I can here ausprechen unrestricted buy recommendation!
