I do almost every day a session with my children aged 10, 7 and 4 years. Their ability to do this kind of exercises is amazing. By cons, my 10 year old daughter found sometimes without the pop, the voice is a bit childish and repetitive (eg the "quiet" word frequently in the course of the frog). Subsequently, I try to include the breathing exercises in the life of every day (when mad or they make a bad dream at night) and it works! I recommend it to all children ... and their parents !!!
