I read the reviews, and did not want to believe it: A player who constantly crashes? Well, the problem will probably have been resolved, after all, the player's offered for sale, and a serious Anbbieter or manufacturer sells surely no defective products.
Thought ordered, disappointed.
The player crashes reliably often. The only remedy that pull the power plug, well hidden in my behind the TV cabinet. Blessed is the man to plug directly, at any time for pulling willing, in addition to the couch in the handle length of the arm - are what very few have.
So in short: The product does not work, and the outrageous fact: Philips knows about it! See also around this thread by Philip support:

So: An otherwise good player
+ Very good Resume Play
+ Good image properties
+ Little sluggish
+ Relatively quiet
+ Good support USB connected drives - quickly and reliably, with slight limitations also NTFS (contrary to instructions)
with small drawbacks
- No Title Number Display
- No Skip Forward Skip Back buttons on the player
- No LOVEFiLM App
(Note to point 1 and 2 of the devaluation: If you, like me, would like to use the player as a CD player, you stand in the market today offer is pretty stupid: The players are all very standard as a CD player at the to use system. The reason remains hidden from me. Obviously, two additional buttons on the player and the track number display are worth a fortune.)
... While scrap!
