Thanks to its fine sharpness and the rich, natural colors he conjures up very impressive images of Blu-Ray and DVD on the home screen - at all I have to play back DVD in such a good quality never seen before and did not expect.
These qualities are probably due to the HQV video processor!
The sound quality when connecting via HDMI / Bitstream is quite be described as audiophile. The sound is very balanced, no frequency range is emphasized or neglected. Thus, a very relaxed listening even over a longer period and at elevated volume, possible.
Who still has an older AV receiver without HDMI connections, the sound can be output via the 7.1 analog outputs or the optical digital output. In the latter variant HD sound is converted to normal DTS sound - this meaningful way, there are only the Samsung player.
So I am very enthusiastic about the BD-P2500 and therefore can only recommend it highly!
