I thought, no, reviews of other buyers on the power shortage are unfounded. Well yes! I too am extremely disappointed with this product: it spits steam cleans but that does nothing. No effect on embedded dust on my kitchen tile slabs or my bathroom. Not display any effect on the fat of the oven door. No stripping of small surfaces of kitchen utensils that one can achieve with the sponge (gate of the fryer for example). No heat indicator, tiny tank, impossible to use head down (it's silly but when you want to do soil must constantly take back and just head up / upside down) .. .. In short, this product has not not meet my expectations. I used 5 minutes while my wife makes fun of me and congratulated me for my purchase so beautiful and then returned as early Amazon (thank you for ease of recovery) !!!
