Unfortunately, the manufacturer has unfortunately only visually tried a seemingly perfectly matched accessories tent on product offer. Technically, this pump is good as good or bad as any other low-cost pump for inflating the tents because their enclosed only the usual standard pump adapter, which can be used, for example, also fill any air mattresses.
However, the home planet tents have an individual screw on valve whose adapter is missing from the Home Planet-pump for some reason. As a result, you can virtually inflate the tents factory just the two if the first person one of the supplied adapter firmly pressed onto the valve and the 2nd person pumped diligently in the state.
Optionally you can however also be glad alone, if you shorten one of the adapters, so that these can then be stuck halfway into the self-locking valve. Pumping too fast, but the tube flies nevertheless like to get out again.
So it will probably forever a secret of the manufacturer, which is why you have not settled this pump a snug original Screw for Heimplanet tents. The cost factor in this anything but cheap pump is likely to be less well have been the deciding factor. Because of this incomprehensible lack I can only give 3 stars to the otherwise very robust acting pump unfortunately.
The mE better solution:
There are now of Heimplanet also a small and clever Hand Pump (similar to a bicycle hand pump), which is only half of the great pump, but firmly integrated provides a perfect aufschraubaren and thus tight closure of the tent valve. This hand pump, although much smaller, so that a few pumping movements more needs during inflation, but do you manage alone in 2.5 to 3 minutes fully inflate the tent. With the big points bringing it back in 1 minute when a holding or the hose is not going to fly.
Another advantage of the hand pump: It contributes considerably less to transport and fits into even the smallest pocket. The large pump is definitely only suitable for cars, however.
