Large cutting board with a good processing

I am amateur chef and was looking for a cutting board that is large enough to cut and drop the cut stuff. The cutting board is to be able to sufficiently large to store all the stuff afterwards also. The quality of the board is also very good. I use it with a sharp Santoku. Everything is still stable.

The only thing I have nciht considered. We have a relatively small sink where cleaning the cutting board is a little more difficult. For the board, however, can not. But one should keep in mind before accessing hesitation. Otherwise I can only say. It is very suitable. Especially the two troughs on the bottom of the board to facilitate a lifting of the board tremendously. The rubber feet underneath are also very well done and give the board extra grip on the countertop so that nothing slips away.
