The LCW Vital bread was made by me in my bread machine and I got a great result. I have it in normal program, set browning dark and dough II (750gr.). However, I must say that the finished bread about 590 gr. Weights, ie is smaller than set in my BBA, however, does not detract from the quality. The bread was Supercross, inside nicely fried and tastes yoy. other protein baking mixes that I've tried, very good.
