hello, I had four kettles of this reference. Quite apparently, except a inner bowl a bit complicated even if we do not clean inside very often. However, it seems that this model suffers from a flaw: 3 of 4 kettles used at least 1 year without problems began to flee. One of them flatly rusty over the entire inner metal surface of the heating shoe! others began to flee (water on the work plan); electrical contact is such that protection is provided, but water leaking from the bottom of the tank.
